For the $500 cost of entry, it came with a color-matched topper.
I also found out yesterday that the dash doesn’t work at night.
The above picture was taken with the cluster turned up to maximum, low beams on, and no turn signals on.
Greaaaaaaat.

Whaddaya expect for five hundred bucks?
Probably not difficult to fix. Dash light dimmer, maybe just burnt-out bulbs.
How many miles on that beastie? Which engine?

This one looks like it might be able to eat your old truck.

I almost took the original TohruTruck’s topper instead of the one for the TohruTruck Mk. 3.
There was only myself and Dogapult though, and that big 1980’s topper is at
least
a 3 person job.

You can always just get one of those clip on book lights, attach it to the dash and call it good enough if you don’t feel like tearing the dash apart.

Yep.
Before I was Tohru, there was also a black ‘98 S-10 4cyl. 5sp. (regular cab longbed), and a pair of white Fords - a 1959 F250 and a 1960 F100.

The original TohruTruck, of course. Can’t go wrong with 1980s Chevrolet.
